RoMa Craft’s Craft Series is its annual, ultra limited, hyper experimental project, a true innovation lab where Skip Martin and the NicaSueño team push technique, construction, and concept further than anything in the core portfolio. CRAFT 2026 continues that tradition with a 5 x 60 format presented in 10 count boxes, each one holding 10 cigars that all look different thanks to the intricate wrapper designs. The series is built to showcase the talents of the rollers at Fábrica de Tabacos NicaSueño S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua and the range of tobaccos the factory uses for RoMa Craft’s core blends. For CRAFT 2026, the blends use nine different varietals of tobacco from six different countries, though the specific wrapper, binder, and filler details remain undisclosed, adding to the sense of mystery and experimentation.

This release also brings in a thoughtful design touch on the packaging. Each box is held closed by a leather strap from Ortez Design, the company founded by Indira Ortez, daughter of longtime Nicaraguan cigar industry veteran Omar Ortez. A true small-batch release, CRAFT 2026 is produced with obsessive detail, limited to only 2,000 boxes.
