The Aganorsa Guardian of the Farm Flight Sampler showcases a collaboration between Max Fernandez and Kyle Gellis of Warped Cigars. The Guardian of the Farm line was developed in honor of the American Bulldogs that guard the Aganorsa factory and fields in Nicaragua, with each vitola being named after one the canine protectors. A Nicaraguan puro, the Guardian of the Farm features a Corojo ’99 wrapper and a mixture of Corojo ’99 and Criollo ’98 long-fillers. This collaboration has produced a line of highly rated blends that honor the legacy of the canines that protect the factory and fields. Since the success of the original release, Aganorsa has gone on to release the Nightwatch (a darker, Maduro version) and the Cerberus (a blend featuring the new Corojo ’12 varietal Aganorsa has been working on for years).
