Notice of Financial Incentive / Elite Advantage Disclosure

We offer our customers a loyalty program (Elite Advantage) that provides certain perks, such as rewards and exclusive offers. When you sign up for this Program, we require you to provide your name and contact information, email address, mailing address, telephone number and date of birth. Because our Program involves the collection of personal information and the offering of certain benefits, it may be interpreted as a “financial incentive” program under California law or a “bona fide loyalty program” under Colorado law. We estimate, in good faith, that the value of the personal information you provide in connection with the Program is reasonably approximated by the value of the free or discounted products, services, and other benefits you receive under the Program, minus the expenses we incur to offer those products, services, and benefits to you as a Program participant. This estimate is based on a reasonable, good-faith method of valuation and is intended to reflect the value of personal information to the Program.

If you choose to withdraw from the Elite Advantage, you can do so at any time either by contacting Customer Service at 800-357-9800 or adjusting your account settings under My Account.
