Crowned Heads was formed in 2010 after Jon Huber left CAO Cigars. Named after a song by Kings of Leon, Jon says he was inspired by a rebellious spirit to create the cigar. Rejecting the corporate machine, Huber carved his own path, and the result is a fantastically successful brand. Though they’ve gone on to release a ton of great cigars, Four Kicks remains one of their best-known brands. And for a great reason.

Four Kicks is crafted as a collaboration with E.P. Carrillo in the Dominican Republic. The blend utilizes an Ecuadorian Habano leaf overtop Nicaraguan binder and filler. Four Kicks starts off big and bold, with plenty of baking spices and leather. As the cigar burns, things mellow out, resulting in a balance of cream, nuttiness, and a spicy-sweet mixture.
