So much so, that the famous Ernesto Perez-Carrillo offered to make the cigars in his Dominican factory as the only contract cigar he’s made in 40 years. And the results are truly exceptional, with 5 of the sizes garnering 90+ ratings.
Crafted in the Dominican Republic, Four Kicks embodies the tradition and balance of a much older brand. The cigar is comprised of choice Nicaraguan long-fillers graced with a silky-smooth Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. At first light, the blend seems like an old throwback to a more traditional, Cuban-esque blend. As the cigar burns down and notes of toffee, cedar, and black pepper become more apparent, you’re overwhelmed with a sense of something new and completely original.
