Since the founding of H. Upmann in 1844, the brand has been synonymous with excellence, and this cigar is the next evolution for this historic portfolio. The H. Upmann Banker Day Trader pays homage to the brand’s founder, Hermann Upmann , a notable banker who branched into an emerging cigar industry to create premiums worthy of his elite clientele. To continue the legacy of quality and consistency, the creation of this blend was tasked to renowned Dominican cigar artisans, the Grupo de Maestros of Tabacalera de García. While this is in regular production, it is released in small batches to preserve the boutique artistry that goes into each handmade.
The Day Trader's long-filler blend consists of specially selected Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos that evoke creamy flavors of coffee with a hint of roasted nuts. The cigar is perfectly constructed with a velvety Ecuadorian wrapper and Nicaraguan binder. Medium to full-bodied, this Upmann blend pairs perfectly with coffee for an anytime-of-day indulgence.
